By visiting the amooki website, you agree that you are over 18 years of age. To purchase items from the amooki website you must be over the age of 18 and have a valid means of payment by credit card.

Pricing & Promotions

From time to time we provide special offers and discount codes to our customers. We utilise the Twitter account @amooki to notify followers of these offers. Discount codes from any account other than the official @amooki Twitter account will not be honoured. We will also send email offers to those customers that choose to register with our newsletter.

First Time 10% discount. This can only be used once per customer account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If you need to return any item purchased using a discount code, then you will receive a refund at the discounted price. All prices on the amooki website are in Pound Sterling. We do not currently offer alternative currencies.

Secure payment & Privacy

At amooki, we will only store personal details required for the processing of your order. If paying using credit card, information will be passed to our card services provider Barclaycard. This information is only kept for the duration of the transaction and once the payment has been authorised is not retained by amooki. Any part of our site that handles information personal to you will be secured with 128bit encryption. We have a Thawte SSL certificate and both our website and our hosting provider are PCI - DSS compliant. We give you the option to sign up to our email newsletter and to be notified of special offers. This information is only used for this purpose and will not be disclosed to any other party. Delivery and returns

Your purchase delivery

Wherever possible orders placed by 1pm will be despatched the same day however we aim to ship all orders within 2 days of the order being placed. We aim to keep accurate stock information, however in the unlikely event that an item should go out of stock between the order being placed and being picked for delivery, we will contact you and either offer you an alternative or provide a full refund of the amount of the product less any discount given. All orders are sent by signed for, recorded delivery. Orders over £35 (after discounts have been applied) qualify for free standard delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold we will not accept or open any parcels returned to us which do not have a Returns Authorisation Number where you have described the nature and reason of the return. You can obtain this number by calling our office on 02081 441492. The RAN allows you to return the item and is not a guarantee that we will accept the return. Please see conditions below: Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund. Please check sizing before purchase as due to hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot accept any returns on lingerie that has been removed from it's original packaging. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them. We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging for an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 14 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received. We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs. All returns (except for faults) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
